Who is it for?
Foundations is for Jewish men who:
What happens at Foundations?
We discover how to maximize our lives.
From life skills to spirituality to interpersonal relationships, we learn how to make the biggest positive impact to our lives.
We find the answers to our questions.
- Why do bad things happen to good people?
- Is there an afterlife?
- How do we know God exists?
...and all the other Big Questions.
We chill at awesome locations around the Holy Land.
Once a week, we get out of the classroom and hang out as a group at a bar, shoot some hoops together or watch a movie at Aish’s own theater (donated by Kirk Douglas).
We open our minds to the wisdom of the torah.
Can’t read Hebrew? No worries. Hebrew classes are an integral part of the curriculum.
And you’ll get a personal Hebrew tutor to help you over the bumps.
We experience Shabbat in the old city.
Shabbat festivities are three days of celebration, starting with our now-famous Thursday night musical ‘tish’ and continuing all the way through our Saturday night ‘Melave Malka’ meal.
